  1. A CSWD Staff in-charge will interview/assess your needs and inform you to wait for notification of release of assistance at City Treasurer’s Office (CTO). (You will also be given family food packs after the interview).

Assessment of client’s needs and validation of documents/ requirements submitted. (Facilitate release of family food packs)
