The CHSUD staff shall:

Receive and inspect all submitted documents
CHSUD staff hands out PAG-IBIG Buyer Information Sheet for client to fill up with needed information
CHSUD staff retrieves BIF and encodes information to PAG-IBIG Pre-Qualification Sheet
Client is informed to expect for CHSUD to contact them for the next step as soon as PAG-IBIG officially pre-qualifies and contacts them
