Arta Regional Office 6 Conducts Monitoring Inspection For Ease Of Doing Business In Victorias City

The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Regional Office VI Team, visited Victorias City for the Conduct of Monitoring Inspection for LGUs Compliance to the Ease of Doing Business, at the City Mayor’s Office Conference Room, August 28.


The ARTA Regional Office VI Team conducted an on-site inspection of the City’s Agency Compliance for the provisions of Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and the Establishment of the electronic Business One Stop Shop (e-BOSS).


The Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) headed by Atty. Lindolf De Castro, represented by BPLO’s Revenue Collection Clerk III Flossie Agpangan Galia and Licensing Officer IV Christian Mari Debuque gave a presentation on the updates for the implementation of the electronic Business One Stop Shop and gave the inspection team a run-through of how the system works through a video presentation. The ARTA inspection team also conducted a validation and data gathering for the e-BOSS.

Moreover, an updated edition of the Citizen’s Charter was also inspected, checked, and validated, and data was gathered by the ARTA inspection team simultaneously.


Project Development Officer III of ARTA Regional Office VI Team Janine De La Paz was the event speaker.

The ARTA Team evaluators included Chief Administrative Officer Josephine Venus Castillo, and Program Officers I Gliza Mae Pavillar and Lyssa Sophia Babao.


City Department heads, Section Chiefs, and Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) Members were present during the Monitoring Inspection. *
