History of Barangay:

Barangay XVIII is located is in the Victorias Milling Company. It is more or less two (2) kilometers away from the city, and can be reached by private vehicle or by tricycle for 10-15 minutes. It is populated by about 486 with 200 families. The land area is 1.5 hectares during the past survey. The constituents are mostly employees of Victorias Milling Company Inc. It is bounded on the on the North by Barangay XVIII-A, on the East Barangay XVII, on the west Barangay XVIII-A and on the South Barangay XVII.
