        We, the Barangay Officials of Barangay 1X -Daan Banwa envision ourselves to render quality services and good governance to our people to be actively involved in establishing society that is free, just, peace, and sovereign.

        Inspired by our vision and in solidarity with our people, we commit ourselves to establish change in our way of life, create effective communication, maintain peace and order among our constituents, help them in their needs through projects to livelihood through uplift the economic status of our people, balance education through training and seminar workshops on value formation that will effect personal and communal transformation.
