Barangay II, formerly Poblacion, is a barangay in the city of Victorias, in the province of Negros Occidental. Its population as determined by the 2024 was 903. Barangay II has a total land area of 4.9 hectares. The barangay is located in the center or town where the hall is located , Victorias City , Negros Occidental It is 250 m. away from city/municipal hall and it takes 3 minutes to reach the barangay hall. It is accessible by tricycle). It is bounded on the north by Barangay III, on the east Barangay IV, on the west Barangay 1 and on the south Barangay VII.
